I want the customers to be happy when they leave the store, that eyes shine from me. People come here for their hobby or passion and work-related matters. In any case, they are going to work with the things they buy here. For me, it goes beyond how they leave the store. For me it's also about when they get started, they are happy with our advice and that they notice that we think along. We also give fair when the customer wants to buy too much material advice therein.

 

Honesty is key to keep the customers happy. I ask the same from my customers and when we live up to that responsibility we always get there. And people soon notice (even when there is a complaint) that I like finding solutions and money is secondary to me. When you take complaints and comments seriously, you automatically learn to dot the i's and cross the i's, and you keep customers who talk about us with praise and joy.

 

I pay a lot of attention to the collection and my staff. I like choosing the collection, playing again with all kinds of ideas and new fabrics and new layouts, new colors and fabric techniques. New designs and new developments in terms of fair and healthy production.
